Bloom was opened in 2019 by Sophie Carter, an HD Brows-approved stylist and Elemis-trained facialist who wanted a quieter, more considered alternative to high-street salons.
We're two treatment rooms tucked off the Parade. Soft light, no thudding music, no upselling. Just lashes, brows, facials — and time to do them well.
