Founded in Manchester, 2014. Still independent.

Bright Talent is a specialist recruitment agency for tech, marketing, sales and operations roles. We were founded in 2014 by people who'd spent years working inside the businesses they now recruit for — and got tired of watching those businesses get sold the wrong people.

Today we're a team of consultants who each own a sector. No call-centre floors, no "send-twenty-CVs-and-hope" approach. Sixty per cent of our work is retained search, which means we're paid to find the right person — not the first one who applies.
