The four-week
Foundations Course.
The Foundations Course is how almost everyone starts at Centre Line. Four sessions over four weeks, in a small group of beginners. You'll learn the breath, the alignment, and how every spring and strap on the reformer actually works — so when you walk into your first open class you're not lost.
