From the Vendée
to Montpellier Street.
Léonie grew up in a small bakery in Sables-d'Olonne, where her mother folded butter into pastry every morning before the sun came up. She trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and worked seasons at two Michelin patisseries before coming home.
We opened Fleur in 2017 — a small shop on Montpellier Street with a marble counter, four little tables and a cabinet always full of something pretty. We've been here ever since.
Everything is made on the premises. The croissants are hand-rolled. The macarons are folded by hand. The cakes are sketched with you over coffee. It's not the quickest way, but it's the only way we know.
