FIVE CLASSES.

We don't do bootcamps. We don't do cardio kickboxing. We teach boxing — properly, from the first jab to controlled sparring — and we build the strength to back it up.
BAG WORK
Hour of bag rounds, conditioning and footwork. The foundation class. Build power, sharpen technique, get a serious sweat on.
SPARRING NIGHTS
Tuesday + Thursday. Controlled sparring with proper supervision. Headguards, gumshields, no nonsense. Coaches on the floor at all times.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Boxer-specific S&C. Olympic lifts, plyometrics, core. Built to support the work you do in the ring, not bodybuild.
PERSONAL TRAINING
One-on-one with a coach. Technique drills, pad work, programme written for you. Most clients book a block of 6.
BEGINNERS BAG
Step-by-step intro. Stance, jab, cross, hook, footwork. No sparring, no pressure. Run every Saturday morning.

Every coach on the floor has stood in the ring themselves. They know what works because they've had to make it work — in front of a crowd, with someone trying to take their head off.

MARCUS 'IRON' ADEYEMI
Founded the gym in 2017. Twelve years pro. Trains the advanced squad and runs sparring nights.

DANI OKAFOR
England Boxing Level 2. Runs the women's classes and the beginners programme. Patient, sharp, no shouting.

TYRONE WALSH
Strength coach with boxers at amateur and pro level. Writes every S&C session in the gym.
WHEN WE'RE

Three sessions a day, six days a week. Open gym slots for members who want to work on their own. Sparring nights require coach clearance — ask after class.
