We started Knot & Vow in 2017 because we kept hearing the same thing — couples wanted someone calm, organised and a phone call away. Not a folder of suppliers. Not a corporate package.
We plan weddings across the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire and the Home Counties, with occasional trips abroad for elopements and destination days. UKAWP members since 2018.

Italy, Provence, Mallorca, the Highlands. We travel for a small number of destination days each year. Quoted on request.
Two of you, witnesses, a registrar and a beautiful spot. From £950 inclusive of styling, flowers and the day itself.
All prices inclusive of VAT. A 25% retainer holds the date — the balance is split across the planning year.

From the first phone call to the last waltz.
A proper sit-down
An hour over coffee or video call. We talk numbers, mood, must-haves and absolute-nots. No charge, no pressure.
Venue & date
We shortlist three or four venues to match the brief, then walk them with you. A 25% retainer holds the date.
Suppliers booked
Florist, photographer, catering, music, registrar. We negotiate, we contract, we keep the paperwork.
Design & styling
Tablescapes, stationery, signage, hire. A full mood board, swatched and costed. Sign-off before anything is ordered.
Final run-through
A door-to-door day plan, supplier briefings, seating chart locked. You stop chasing. We chase.
We're on site
From the bridal suite to the last drink at the bar. You enjoy the wedding — we run it.
