One mad truck.
Rollin' started in 2022 when our head chef Sungho — Seoul-born, Brighton-living — got tired of telling people kimchi wasn't just a side dish. So we bought a beat-up truck, painted it pink, and started rolling around the South-East slinging proper Korean food with a bit of Mexican attitude.
Four years later we've been Time Out Best Street Food finalists, fed a few thousand weddings, and got banned from one festival for queues that blocked the main stage. Worth it.
