What's reach-and-wash?+
A carbon-fibre pole that reaches up to three storeys from the safety of the ground. Pure water is fed through a brush head — no detergents, no ladders, no climbing fences.
Why pure water?+
Tap water leaves spots when it dries. We filter ours through reverse osmosis so it dries totally streak-free — and keeps frames cleaner for longer.
What if it rains?+
We still clean. Pure water dries spot-free, even in light rain. If we genuinely can't (storms or ice), you'll get a re-book inside the week.
How does the reminder work?+
Two days before each visit you get a friendly email — reply STOP if it's a bad week. Otherwise, we just turn up and do it.
Do I need to be home?+
Nope. As long as we can reach the back garden, you can be at work. Pay by BACS the day after.
