The Weekend
Our signature retreat. Two practices a day, three meals from the garden, and three afternoons of nothing in particular. The most asked-for date in the calendar.

A small yoga retreat on a hillside in North Wales. Twelve guests at a time, a stone farmhouse, a timber studio, and the kind of quiet that takes a day or two to settle into.
Stillpoint is a yoga retreat house on a quiet hillside between Snowdonia and the sea. We host twelve guests at a time, run two unhurried practices a day, and feed everyone three meals from the garden. There is a basket by the front door. Your phone goes in it on arrival. You can take it out whenever you like. Most people don’t.
All retreats include shared or private room, all meals, two daily practices, workshops, and the use of the gardens, sauna and library. Linens and mats provided.

A full week to soften. Slower mornings, longer evening practice, a half-day silence on Wednesday. For people who already know why they came.
Shared room, partner practice in the morning, your own practice in the evening. A long weekend that often does what a holiday couldn't.
Bring the team somewhere with no agenda. We handle the practice, the meals, the long walks. You handle the conversation that wouldn't have happened in the office.
Yoga Alliance certified 200hr training, run as six immersive weekends rather than one breathless month. Includes anatomy, philosophy, and a lot of teaching practice.
Book the house for a family, a friend group, or a milestone birthday. Bring your own teacher or borrow ours. We just keep the kitchen running.
A loose shape for a weekday at Stillpoint. Practice in the morning and the evening, a long lunch, and most of the afternoon left to wander, sleep, or just sit. Nothing is compulsory.

The house is an old Welsh longhouse, restored gently. A timber studio at the back looks out into the oaks. A walled kitchen garden runs down to a stream. Behind us the hills lift towards Snowdonia. In front, on a clear day, you can see all the way to the Irish Sea.

I’d been telling myself I was fine for about two years. By Sunday lunch I’d cried in a yoga class, slept eleven hours, and remembered what my own handwriting looks like. Best four days of the year.
Retreats run roughly fortnightly, March through November. We hold a deposit and the balance is due six weeks before arrival. If your dates don’t fit our calendar, we can often arrange a private booking.
