Willowfield sits at the edge of the Vale of York, ten minutes from the A19. Two old hay barns, restored stone by stone in 2015, sit at the head of an open meadow with the Howardian Hills in the distance.
We host one wedding at a time and only one wedding a weekend. From the Friday rehearsal lunch to the Sunday lazy breakfast, the place is yours. No other parties on site, no shared anything.

Sole use of the barn, both suites, the meadow and the grounds, from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. Bring your own caterer or use our recommended list. Bring your own drink — corkage is on the house.

All rates inclusive of VAT. A 25% deposit holds the date — the balance falls due eight weeks before the wedding. We don't take card surcharges.

We share our recommended caterer and DJ list. You choose. We co-ordinate the rest.
Ceremony planning
Registrar booked for the civil ceremony. We'll walk you through the order of the day.
Tasting & final numbers
Menu tasting with your caterer. Final guest numbers locked. Suite arrival times set.
Balance settled
Final balance due. We send the running order and a single point of contact for the day.
Sole use, 18 hours
From 8am breakfast in the suites to midnight last orders, the place is yours. We're in the background.
